This is "Moth", Winter's older brother... (And also kinda -incest- lover).... 

He is the ghost of a dead dragon, and he is cursed, he can't come to the world of living without being summoned.... To summon him, you have to call him by his real name. 

So xD... You better don't call him, or you'll be haunted by his presence forever and he'll feed from your soul!
I call him Moth, because when he comes to the real world without being summoned, he appears as a black and white Moth.

Just in case xD His real name is Hollow
